A Resident at Cobham Terrace said of Maurice (one of our Estate Services Officers): "I was very happy with Maurice" he said "he did a brilliant job and was a very nice fella who was helpful and polite"
Although frustrated that he had a leak, whilst talking he was so pleased I had contacted him and said he loved living there and thought “GCHA were the best housing association in the area”.
