It is an exciting time for GCHA as we take the next steps in transforming our online services.
Our new service, MyGCHA resident portal, which will help you manage your tenancy online is now live. It will make it quick and simple to:
- Request a repair
- Make a payment
- View a rent statement
- Report ASB
- Update your details
To gain access to the portal, you’ll first need to verify your details with our team. Please email maintenance@gcha.org.uk and include your date of birth and an up to date email address, and we will send you instructions on how to access the portal. Without this information, you will be unable to use the portal.
