GCHA is delighted to announce the recruitment of two new members of our board.
Please join us in welcoming Marie Li Mow Ching as our new Board Chair.
With her extensive experience and achievements in the housing sector, Marie brings a strategic vision that will drive
positive change at GCHA and improve services for our residents.
Marie is a seasoned Non-Executive Director and has held a variety of Board roles in the health and housing sectors, including board member, vice chair and chair positions. This experience has resulted in her contributions bringing value-added strategic insight, skills, knowledge and experience of what good governance looks like. Marie’s career prior to non-executive roles was working in government, across several Departments. This provides her with knowledge across a range of sectors to inform strategic business and financial planning, understanding of corporate performance and risk management.

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Roselyn Unegbu to the GCHA board. With an impressive career spanning over 20 years and a track record of success in strategic planning and major works programme delivery, Roselyn brings a wealth of expertise and valuable insights.
Roselyn Unegbu is a talented executive with a passion for delivering high-value major works programmes across housing, corporate, and non-corporate sectors, ranging from £50 million to £800 million. Her expertise extends to shaping service delivery models and implementing change within both private and public sectors. Roselyn’s decisive leadership and subject matter expertise have earned her recognition as a trusted leader in the industry.
As a new board member at GCHA, Roselyn will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing strategies for the organisation. Her vast experience in managing £multi-million organisations will provide invaluable insights to enhance GCHA’s operational efficiency while prioritising stakeholder needs and fostering collaboration among national teams.
