Our latest transactional satisfaction results are here, and we’re pleased to see an improvement in the scores across the board. These surveys are conducted once we have had a transaction with our residents.

A transaction could include requesting a repair or making a complaint. We take your feedback very seriously and hope to continue improving our services in 2024.
