Introducing the our first Resident Scrutiny Panel Chair

We’re excited to announce that the GCHA Resident Scrutiny Panel has been operational for a few months and has recently appointed its first chair. Pat Saxby is a dedicated community member and is steering the panel to enhance various aspects of resident activities.
One of the first tasks the panel is working towards is a thorough review of our complaints policy and process. This critical area affects all of us and is crucial for maintaining the trust and satisfaction of our community. The panel is dedicated to ensuring that our procedures are efficient but also transparent and fair.
The Resident Scrutiny Panel is more than just a committee—it’s your platform to ensure your voice is heard and acted upon. We encourage all residents to engage with the panel by providing feedback, suggesting areas for review, or even considering joining the panel in the future.
