Gravesend Churches Housing Association (GCHA) is inviting residents to apply for the role of Resident Board Member. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in the strategic leadership of our organisation, ensuring that the resident voice is at the heart of our decision-making process.

Role: Resident Board Member

Term: 3 years (extendable up to 6 years)

Remuneration: £2,250 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership
• Contribute to improving GCHA’s services
• Ensure financial viability and regulatory compliance
• Advocate for resident needs and perspectives

Who Should Apply?

Residents who:

• Understand the housing sector and its regulatory requirements
• Have experience in housing management, property management, or related fields
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Share GCHA’s mission and values
