GCHA Office Closure
Office and phone lines will be closed on for the Christmas period
As the festive season approaches, we would like to extend our warmest wishes to all our residents for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
To help you plan over the holidays, please note our office closure dates:
- Closing: Tuesday, 24th December, at 3pm
- Reopening: Thursday, 2nd January 2025, at 9am
During this period, our offices will be closed, but we have plans in place to ensure emergency support is available.
Emergency Support During the Festive Period
For emergencies during the closure:
- Call our main office number, 01474 369 830, between 5pm and 9am Monday to Friday or at any time during weekends.
- Your call will be diverted to our Out of Hours (OOH) Team, managed by Careium, who will handle emergency calls only.
- Key GCHA staff will also be on call to assist with emergencies as needed.
- Please remember to use these services for urgent situations only, so we can prioritise those in critical need.
- Non-urgent repairs may be logged via email: maintenance@gcha.org.uk or general@gcha.org.uk
