At GCHA, we believe that resident’s know their building best, which is why we are inviting you to take part in our resident estate inspections. We’re looking for residents who are interested in joining our team as we inspect the communal areas of each GCHA property. Your everyday experience gives you a unique perspective, helping us spot things that technical professionals might miss.

This initiative is part of our commitment to becoming more transparent and accountable to our residents. If you join an inspection, you’ll also have access to the estate action plan, allowing you to track progress and see what’s being done to address any issues.
