We’re always looking for ways to improve how we communicate with our residents to ensure that important information is delivered in a timely and appropriate way.

We’re testing the use of SMS alerts for all residents, to notify them of events including;

  • Maintenance and repairs
  • Security and safety
  • Utilities and services
  • Community events
  • Rent and fee reminders
  • Policy updates
  • Important notices on any urgent or critical matters that require immediate attention from residents such as water leaks, structural issues or health and safety concerns
  • Community announcements
  • Feedback and surveys
  • Emergency alerts

This service will not cost our residents anything, however, we will be unable to receive messages in reply, and these will be for notification purposes only.
